Jaw Crushing - Raw stones are crushed to the size of 1 inch - 3inch. |
| Ball Milling Process | |
Ball Milling - The crushed stone of 1 - 3" are further grinded by means of Ball mill to fine Microns. |

Air swift Ball Mills - Free grinding (closed circuit with heavy rare earth magnets to remove iron impurities.) |
Air Classifier- material is classified so is stored in cyclone and bags are packed from there. |

Process Control Room - All the process are monitored by the control room for the purpose of maintaining quality. |
| Hammer Mill Process |
This process is used to manufacture grain size particles for glass industries, abrasive industries, ferro silicon, Silicon carbide, casting industries etc. The particle size manufatured by this machine is ranging from 4 mesh to 80 mesh (400 microns to 100 microns). The Ore is first crushed by means of Jaw Crusher and then further crushed to grain size by means of Hammer Mill. |

The material so pulverised is passed through heavy rare earth magnets to remove the iron impurities and then the crushed grain particles are seived by means of vibrators. |
| LABORATORY |
At our works our labarotory is fully equiped with all modern equipments like X-ray florecent analyser, Particle Size Analyser for the purpose of analysing the particle size and distribution, Muffle Furnace for the purpose of fusion test, and all other necessory equipments required are installed in our Lab for the purpose of maintaining quality as per ISO Standards. |
